CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• No entries accepted without payment.
• No refunds will be given for your first entry, under any circumstances. In the event that the challenge is full, 2nd and your entry cannot be accepted, your full deposit will be refunded.
• Entries close 5pm, Friday 8th November 2024
• Deposit Entry fee: $500 per team
• The remaining entry fee of $2,398.00 inc GST, per team of 4 OR $1,750.00 inc GST, per team of 3, will be deducted from the proceeds of the cattle after processing. The Entry Fee is non-refundable and covers costs associated with grain finishing cattle in a normal commercial situation and includes feedlot costs, transport, management tags and induction medications, and 2 x Dinner Tickets per entry.

• Entries will not be accepted until funds have cleared.
• Places in the competition are limited. Entries will be accepted on a strictly first come first served basis.

PRIVACY ACT STATEMENT

The information provided by you in this Application is collected and used by the Gate 2 Plate Challenge Incorporated to organise and conduct competitions and or exhibitions. We may publish details such as your Name, Photograph and Exhibit details in any Gate 2 Plate Challenge publication or media communication. Such information may also be made available to, and published by the media. We will not disclose your personal information without your consent for any other purpose unless required or authorised by law. You may request access to your personal information and, if necessary, request that our records of that information be corrected by writing to [email protected]

I hereby certify the above particulars are correct and I agree to conform to and accept the rules and regulations governing the Gate 2 Plate Challenge as described in the Gate 2 Plate Challenge Rules and Regulations and I hereby hold Gate 2 Plate Challenge Inc free from any liability in respect of any mistakes or errors which may be made in connection with these entries.
